The Global Natural Healthcare Trust could really do with the help of anyone in the U.K who is prepared to give up their time to help save the lives of orphaned HIV/AIDS children on the Orange Farm compound. We need street collectors to shake a tin for a few hours and also people to work together as a team to visit companies and carry out charity presentations with one of our trustees.

We're also currently looking for a person who has the character and drive to take over the £5 or £2.50 a month scheme and make it happen for the sustainability of this project.
